Our Project
We are grateful for all of the brides who are trusting us with their gowns this season!
Currently, we are scheduling brides getting married in November and December, 2026.
We will happily add you to our wait list for when our 2027 calendar opens, just fill out the form at the bottom of our home page telling us more about your project!
How does it happen?
Scheduling
We schedule 3 appointments, starting about 6 – 8 weeks before your wedding. The total process of alterations usually takes about 4 – 6 weeks. It is best to schedule your appointments when you order your dress. This way you have a better chance of booking before we are full!
First Appointment
At the first appointment, we assess the necessary alterations, and pin the gown appropriately.
At this appointment, we determine the total cost of the alterations and collect 50%.
Shoes
It’s essential you bring your shoes that you will be wearing with your dress on the day of your wedding, as this is how we measure for your hem and bustle. Please bring your shoes to all of your following appointments as well.
Second Appointment
Your second appointment takes place approximately two weeks after your first. At this point the dress will have been sewn as pinned. If everything is perfect, you will take your dress with you!
If it fits...
If everything fits as intended and no further adjustments are needed, you are set to take the dress home! Sometimes, we wait to reapply embellishments or wish to confirm exact fit, which takes us to the third appointment we have scheduled with you.
Third Appointment
At the third appointment, you’ll try the dress on to confirm everything is perfect! We like to make this last appointment 2 weeks before your wedding, or before the day you are leaving if you are traveling.
Consultations
We offer consultation appointments if you would like to meet in person to get an idea of the work that needs to be done on your dress and the cost before committing, when our schedule permits. We do charge a consultation fee that is applied to your alteration charges. (This fee pays for our meeting time and is non refundable).
During the height of wedding season, please understand that these appointment times may not be available.
Just be sure to call to schedule your consultation appointment as soon as you order your dress, at least 3 to 4 months before your wedding day.
